Kipper was rescued from the high kill shelter in Bosnia after he was placed on the kill list. He is now safe and waiting for a forever home of his own. Kipper is a sweet and playful boy. He is great with all people and other dogs. We do not know if Kipper has ever lived in a home before so will require full training upon adoption.
