Rowan was rescued from his life on the streets of Bosnia and taken to safety by his rescuer. He is now ready and waiting for a home of his own.
Rowan is a lively playful boy. He is typical bouncy puppy and who has loved everyone he has met so far. He is very affectionate. He has been great with the other dogs at the kennels and with the cats he has met. Rowan has never lived in a home before so will need full training upon adoption.
