Casper was rescued from a high kill shelter in Bosnia after he was placed on the kill list. He is now safe in kennels in Bosnia and is waiting for a forever home of his own.
Casper has been a sweet and gentle boy ever since he was rescued from the kill shelter. He has been great with the other dogs in the kennels as well as the resident kennel cat. He can be a bit shy with new people but does warm to them with time and patience.
Casper has never lived in a home before, so will need full training upon adoption.
