Cooper and his siblings were born in the terrible conditions of a Bosnian kill shelter and taken along with their Mother to the safety of the kennels.  

Cooper is a very friendly boy, who loves cuddles, affection and all people. He has a long of energy and loves to play. He is great with other dogs and children. Cooper has never lived in home before so will require full house training.
