Hazel was rescued from a public shelter in Bosnia. The public shelter is unsupervised and the dogs receive no care, food or comfort when they are in there. Hazel is now safe and waiting for a forever home of her own.
Hazel is shy with new people but she LOVES food and treats are definitely the way to her heart. She is learning to trust our rescuers and volunteers and is coming forward more and more for affection. She has been very playful with the other dogs in the kennels.
We do not know if Hazel has ever lived in a home so will require full training upon adoption.
