Oscar was rescued from a high kill shelter in Bosnia after being placed on the kill list. He is now safe and waiting for a forever home of his own.
Oscar is a friendly boy that loves to run and play. He is very good at fetch and will do anything for a tennis ball. He has been good with the other dogs he has met in the kennels.
He is very friendly and loves cuddles and affection. He has never lived in a home so will require full training upon adoption.
