Otis was rescued from a high kill shelter in Bosnia when he was placed on a kill list. He is now safe and sound and waiting for a forever home of his own.
Otis is a sweet and gentle. He has been a bit withdrawn since being rescued but is getting better each day and will just need a little extra time and love when he is adopted. He has been great with the other dogs in the kennels and everyone that he has met so far.
He has never lived in a home so will need full training upon adoption.
