Rocky was rescued from his life on a chain. He was kept on a chain for four years until his previous owner decided he no longer wanted him and threatened to take him to the kill shelter. Our rescuer stepped in and he is now waiting for a forever home of his own.
Rocky is a very sweet boy who is good with everyone he meets. He loves adults, children and other dogs. We do not think Rocky has ever lived in a home, so he will need full training upon adoption.
