Teddy came to us when his family could no longer care for him. He had previously been rescued by another rescue and adopted through them when he was only one year old, he spent eight years in his home before coming to us. He is now ready and waiting for a forever home of his own.

Teddy is a very sweet and friendly boy. He has been confident with everyone he has met since his arrival. His previous family had this to say about him:

' At home he’s a delight. Loves cuddles, squeaky toys, soft toys. He doesn’t chew things, he’s toilet trained. He communicates if he’s thirsty or needs to go out. He’s cheeky and charming. He might steal in unattended sandwich or pinch a cucumber from your shopping if left out. He does not counter surf in the kitchen. He does not get fed from the table and should not beg. He knows to go to his bed first before getting fed or getting treats. Loves carrot, cucumber and celery as well as the usual cheese and meat snacks. He loves to snuggle, and gives the best cuddles. His favourite thing is a ball. He will play ball for hours.

He is anxious and reactive on the lead so does get stressed in busy areas. He doesn't have as much reactivity off lead and woodland walks are his favourite'.

Even though Teddy has lived in a home before, it will take him some time to get used to his new surroundings, new family and new routine so please expect to do training upon adoption.
