From the care and dedication poured into every detail to the lively and memorable photography day itself, this has truly been a labour of love. With handcrafted hats created by a number of wonderfully talented artists and stunning imagery throughout, the calendar is a gorgeous addition to any home — and a lovely reminder of the joy of dogs and the importance of adopt don't shop.

Welcome to the Haute Dogs Calendar — a celebration of rescue dogs and couture millinery. Our mission is to transform how people perceive rescue dogs, showcasing their beauty and charm through fun photography. Each calendar is a runway-worthy collection, featuring twelve distinguished rescue dogs adorned with bespoke hats crafted by the world's best milliners.
Every year, we collaborate with a new dog charity, photographing twelve of their dogs in one-of-a-kind hats. Our goal is to spread joy and happiness while raising essential funds to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs suffering from abuse and neglect.
Since our first calendar, we have raised over £130,000 for dog rescue charities worldwide, saving hundreds of dogs from neglect and abuse.

Meet the team:
Awon Golding, Founder
I’m Awon Golding, an award-winning London-based milliner and proud dog mom to Stevie, a rescue Staffordshire Bull Terrier I adopted in 2014 from All Dogs Matter. Inspired by Stevie, I created the Haute Dogs Calendar to showcase dogs like her and raise funds for dog charities worldwide. When I’m not working on this passion project, I design collections for my own label, Awon Golding Millinery, and serve as Head Millinery Designer at Lock & Co., the world’s oldest hat shop. My designs have been worn by royals, including Catherine, The Princess of Wales, and Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, as well as numerous celebrities such as Lady Gaga, Kylie Minogue and Dita Von Teese to name a few.
Lucy Reeve - Photographer and Co-Director
I’m Lucy Reeve, a London-based studio photographer specializing in creating unique portraits of you and your dog. Inspired by my own dogs, Archie and Ethel—two charming, stubborn, and squirrel-obsessed Irish Terriers—I strive to capture the true essence of your dog, whether it's a cheeky head tilt, a joyful smile, or soulful eyes.
