Meet Spike! Our second Frenchie rescue of the week!

Spike was taken into the vets to be put to sleep by his family because they wanted to go away on holiday.

No dog deserves this sort of treatment.

I know it is very difficult to find a rescue space at the moment but please do keep asking around if you want to give up your dog because you will find a safe space eventually and no healthy dog deserves to be put to sleep.

Spike is a real sweetheart. He really loves affection and cuddles and he gets so excited for belly rubs.

He loves his treats and food.

He has been very friendly with everyone he has met so far with us and hasn’t taken much notice of the other dogs.
