So I am pleased to say that he will be with us Tuesday.....!!!
As many of you know, we took in a little cutie named Pearl a couple of weeks ago from a pound. She had clearly been bred from over and over again before finding herself in a pound, running out of time. We were so happy to welcome her to our rescue centre and she has come on leaps and bounds in the last couple of weeks.
I was scrolling Facebook last night and saw our friends at Animal Lifeline UK had posted her TWIN who was at the same pound and looking for a rescue place. Based on this cuties age, he could definitely be our girl’s son so I knew we just had to try to get him here with us. So I message the LOVELY Kelly-Joy at ALUK and she worked super hard and changed an existing transport with a poundie on Monday to Tuesday so that this cutie could come to us and be reunited with his Mum.
I know dogs are separated from their Mum’s and litter mates all the time but I really like being able to have their eventual adopters keep in touch and do our best to know the whole family has been given a chance at a lovely life despite their rough starts!
So I am pleased to say that he will be with us Tuesday!!!!!
